Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and empathetically to customer calls during emergencies.
• Organize deployment of nearby technicians or towing vehicles to assist clients.
• Collaborate closely with service teams to ensure prompt and efficient resolution.
• Maintain precise documentation of customer communications and service activities.
• Communicate effectively in at least three languages, including Malayalam and English.
• Work across various shift schedules to provide continuous 24/7 customer support.

Candidate Qualifications

• Fluent in Malayalam and English, with proficiency in an additional language.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and perform well under pressure, particularly in crisis scenarios.
• Exceptional organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Willingness to work shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Previous experience in customer service or roadside assistance is advantageous but not essential.

Compensation and Benefits

Receive a competitive monthly salary between 15,000 and 30,000 INR, complemented by performance-based incentives awarded monthly.
