Service Assistant

About the Role

Tesla is searching for a Service Assistant to contribute to the maintenance and servicing of some of the most innovative vehicles globally. This role demands a professional approach to customer service, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills. The Service Assistant plays a crucial role in delivering the Tesla customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle cleaning, including washing and light detailing, and assist with shop management duties.
• Transport vehicles within production, service, and sales departments as required.
• Quickly deliver parts as instructed by Parts Operations to support service activities.
• Conduct maintenance and service tasks on trucks and trailers.
• Undertake other responsibilities as needed to support business objectives.

Qualifications and Attributes

• Possession of a valid driver's license is mandatory.
• Demonstrates strong work ethic and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Physical capability to lift loads between 50 and 60 pounds.
