Role Overview and Responsibilities
- Manage the complete lifecycle of software and hardware assets, ensuring precise and dependable asset data throughout The Lottery Corporation.
- Handle software requests comprehensively from validating requirements to licensing, approvals, and final fulfilment.
- Collaborate with technology, procurement, finance, and security departments to maximize software utilization and manage costs effectively.
- Implement reporting, governance, and data quality initiatives to enhance transparency and facilitate informed decision-making.
- Lead continuous improvement efforts by automating processes, simplifying workflows, and enhancing user experience.
Candidate Profile and Expectations
- Possess experience in IT Asset Management, Software Asset Management, Service Management, or technology operations environments.
- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities focused on precision, data quality, and operational excellence.
- Have experience with enterprise asset management platforms such as ServiceNow, Flexera, Snow Atlas, or similar tools.
- Exhibit the ability to build trusted relationships and communicate confidently with a diverse range of stakeholders across business and technology areas.
- Hold a customer-centric approach capable of balancing user needs with governance and commercial objectives.
