The Sergeant in Institutional Recruitment serves as the leading point person for the recruitment of correctional officers at the institution, managing the hiring process from first applicant engagement through onboarding and training integration.

Training Requirement

  • A bachelor's degree or criminal justice-related degree may replace part or all of the required experience as stipulated.
