Job Summary
An experienced engineering specialist is needed to lead technical engagement and client support for complex infrastructure work. The position focuses on maintaining strong technical partnerships, shaping engineering solutions, aligning internal and external teams, and helping deliver services that meet quality, safety, and operational expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and sustain productive working relationships with key clients and project stakeholders.
- Offer engineering direction and technical assistance across all stages of the project.
- Work with internal teams and contractors to plan and manage installation, operations, and maintenance activities.
- Diagnose difficult technical problems and help reduce disruption to ongoing operations.
- Track service delivery results against agreed KPIs and performance commitments.
- Draft technical reports, project progress updates, and engineering-related records.
- Make sure work complies with engineering standards, quality processes, and HSE expectations.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts and broader operational excellence goals.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field is required.
- At least 10 years of experience in infrastructure, utilities, or other large engineering settings.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders and interact confidently with clients.
- Strong communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
