Role Overview

The Senior Security Specialist plays a vital role in safeguarding client locations by implementing robust security measures, managing procedures and training, and ensuring the safety of personnel and property. This position requires a proactive approach to project management, security system design, and coordination with multiple stakeholders to deliver superior security support aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Uphold Pinkerton’s core principles of integrity, vigilance, and excellence in all duties.
• Apply practical expertise in project management, security system design using AutoCAD, and oversee command center operations.
• Coordinate project activities and timelines collaboratively with stakeholders, managing changes, risks, and issues to ensure seamless delivery.
• Provide comprehensive support to security leadership, creating clear project plans and fostering consensus across diverse teams.
• Develop standardized procedures and best practices from initiation to completion in partnership with subject matter experts, including documentation, communication, and implementation for global security teams.
• Research industry standards to guide training resource development and enhance project outcomes.
• Mentor and uplift team capabilities through targeted training and professional development initiatives.
• Formulate and implement security strategies that align with client and corporate objectives.
• Efficiently manage workload priorities to meet project deadlines.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Candidate Profile and Qualifications

• A graduate with 10 to 15 years of experience in security management, investigations, or security risk consulting.
• Proven record in operational business-to-business activities.
• Hands-on experience with security technologies such as CCTV, access controls, intrusion and fire alarms, firefighting apparatus, GPS monitoring, and detection equipment (DFMD, HHMD), including control panels.
• Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office, understanding of computer network architecture, data transmission, and bandwidth management.
• Strong leadership and teamwork capabilities.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with excellent planning and organizational abilities.
• Adept at constructing persuasive value propositions.
• Customer-service focused with an emphasis on delivery excellence.
• Awareness of service industry cost drivers and profitability factors.

Working Conditions
