Role Overview
The Ads Product Marketing Strategy & Operations team partners with Ads Product Marketing to develop go-to-market approaches reflecting customer needs. This role, Inbound Program Manager, leads building and managing systems that capture and activate field intelligence, turning fragmented feedback from sales and customers into structured insights that guide product strategy, messaging, and enablement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end the Voice of Sales program by creating and operating structured systems for collecting and synthesizing insights from sales and customer-facing teams.
- Develop and maintain Voice of Customer infrastructure to capture advertiser and customer feedback, directing it accurately to Product Marketing Managers and Product stakeholders.
- Oversee recurring reporting and analysis to transform field insights into actionable outputs that are accessible for PMMs and PMs.
- Ensure timely, transparent communication with Sales teams on how their feedback influences product roadmaps, messaging, and enablement tools.
- Design and construct internal tools such as AI-enabled workflows, structured intake forms, tagging systems, dashboards, and knowledge bases to improve insight collection efficiency and quality.
Required Qualifications
- Over 8 years of experience in program management, product marketing operations, or related fields within product-led or go-to-market environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven track record in establishing and running structured listening and feedback programs like Voice of Customer, Voice of Sales, win/loss analysis, or field advisory.
- Expertise in designing and implementing internal tools and workflows that facilitate scalable, AI-assisted insight sharing across teams.
- Strong collaboration skills demonstrated by working effectively across Product Marketing, Product, and Sales to align strategies and influence decisions.
- Advanced ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data into clear summaries and presentations tailored for different audiences, from individual contributors to senior leadership.
- Experience managing recurring reporting and feedback loops.
- Highly organized and proactive, with success creating scalable processes and reliable information sources in dynamic settings.
- Comfortable utilizing various software tools including project management, survey platforms, wikis, dashboards, and presentation software with rapid adaptability to internal systems.
- Experience incorporating AI tools in daily workflows and artifact creation.
- Bonus: Experience supporting product marketing teams and working with distributed sales organizations worldwide.
Other Information
- This position is not eligible for relocation support and follows a hybrid working model with in-person collaboration expected 1-2 times every six months.
- The office attendance requirement is minimal, and this role can be located anywhere within the United States.
- Salary range for this role is $98,561 to $202,918 USD annually, with eligibility for equity participation. Final compensation is dependent on location, experience, and expertise.
