Key Responsibilities

• Manage comprehensive payroll operations across various countries including Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, and the United States, ensuring timely, precise, and compliant payroll execution.
• Handle payroll reconciliation, statutory submissions, and generate payroll-related reports for Finance and audit purposes.
• Serve as the primary payroll expert to respond to employee inquiries and collaborate extensively with stakeholders throughout the organization.
• Analyze payroll data to recognize patterns, drive process improvements, and minimize manual interventions.
• Collaborate with the People Systems team to upgrade payroll procedures by adopting automation, system enhancements, and scalable operational processes.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrated expertise in managing end-to-end payroll, ideally covering multiple countries or corporate entities.
• In-depth knowledge of payroll laws, statutory compliance requirements, and payroll reconciliation protocols.
• Strong analytical capabilities to troubleshoot issues and promote continuous process optimizations.
• Exceptional attention to detail, accountability, and proficient in juggling competing deadlines.
• Experienced in payroll systems, HRIS platforms, and Excel with a keen interest in automation and operational efficiency.
