Senior Manager, Vigilance / Security

Role Overview

The Senior Manager for Vigilance and Security will be responsible for building, rolling out, and continuously improving the policies and systems that protect company assets, staff, and customers. The position calls for hands-on leadership of everyday security activity, with a strong focus on incident handling, emergency preparedness, team supervision, and adherence to both statutory requirements and internal controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and update security policies, standard procedures, and operating frameworks that support a safe and secure environment.
• Manage daily security operations and ensure smooth execution across assigned locations.
• Oversee incident response and lead prompt action during security-related events or emergencies.
• Coordinate emergency response planning and ensure readiness for critical situations.
• Supervise security personnel and guide their performance, discipline, and deployment.
• Maintain compliance with local laws, site rules, and organizational security standards.

Candidate Profile

The ideal applicant should hold a graduate degree and bring 10 to 15 years of experience in vigilance or security functions, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity.
