Senior Logistics Specialist

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Logistics Specialist to oversee the comprehensive logistics operations at our Singapore location. This role involves managing warehouse activities, facilitating import and customs procedures, coordinating domestic shipments, preparing detailed reports, and collaborating across multiple departments. The specialist will ensure smooth daily logistics functions to support retail and e-commerce channels.

Key Duties

• Oversee daily operations in the warehouse and Distribution Center (DC) while monitoring inventory levels.
• Consolidate and review operational performance data each month.
• Assist with stocktaking processes in stores and warehouses including inventory adjustments, returns, and transfers.
• Maintain and update master data in the warehouse management system (WMS).
• Track incoming shipments and communicate schedules internally.
• Review shipping documentation to aid customs clearance and coordinate with freight forwarders and customs brokers.
• Manage urgent shipments, such as those via FedEx.
• Coordinate outbound deliveries to retail stores and business-to-business partners.
• Supervise store supply levels and replenish orders accordingly.
• Support e-commerce operations with shipment processing, returns management, and stock movements.
• Manage price updating, labeling, and tagging requests.
• Create reports related to receiving, inventory, and logistics key performance indicators.
• Update and consolidate all logistics-related data.
• Review logistics invoices including those for warehousing, shipping, and import charges, liaising with the finance team.
• Work closely with the Managing Director, Retail, Finance, and headquarters teams to resolve operational issues and ensure cohesive collaboration.

Qualifications and Skills

• 3 to 5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations.
• Basic understanding of import protocols and warehouse management.
• Business-level fluency in English (both written and verbal).
• Exceptional attention to detail and precision in work.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
