About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join a global, well-established company based in Singapore. This full-time, permanent role reports directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and functions as an individual contributor. The position involves close collaboration with the HR Business Partner (HRBP) team and HR Centres of Excellence to address enterprise-wide talent priorities.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will focus on partnering with commercial teams to enhance succession planning and develop a strategic workforce plan aligned with long-term business goals. A critical objective is to lead forward-thinking people strategies that support the organisation's transition to a digital and AI-driven environment by utilizing digital tools and data to modernize HR practices, improve employee experience, and build future capabilities.
This role includes sharing best practices within the HRBP team to strengthen advisory expertise, improve operational processes, and mentor HRBPs to build trusted relationships with senior leaders. Responsibilities also encompass advising on international workforce strategies to support the company's growth and geographic expansion, including guidance related to mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures. Organizational design, succession planning, and leadership development will be key focus areas.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate has extensive HRBP leadership experience in large, multinational companies with exposure to multiple regions such as APAC and EMEA. Candidates should demonstrate in-depth HRBP expertise through concrete examples of collaboration with senior executives on comprehensive people initiatives, with a minimum of 15 years in HR roles.
