The company includes prestigious hotels, a championship golf course, and award-winning concert hall, making it a key employer in Uri. As part of a HR reorganization into two business units—Hospitality and Real Estate & Corporate—this newly established strategic HR role is key to the Real Estate & Corporate unit's success, overseeing around 100 employees.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic and operational HR business partner for the Real Estate & Corporate unit, working closely with leadership and management.
• Drive the development and implementation of HR initiatives, including recruitment, employer branding, leadership development, and HR operations.
• Lead change management initiatives and support transformation projects in a dynamic environment.
• Ensure professional HR processes and collaborate with the Hospitality unit to align HR strategy.

Candidate Profile

• Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Demonstrates substantial experience as an HR Business Partner in fast-paced settings.
• Brings a practical, hands-on approach balanced with strategic insight.
• Exhibits strong analytical skills, social competence, and autonomy in work.
• Fluent in German and English to effectively operate in a bilingual environment.

Working Conditions

• Work location split between Altdorf (2-3 days/week), Andermatt (1 day/week), and remote work from home.
