About the Role
NetConnect Global, a respected leader in technology partnerships and digital transformation services, is seeking a Senior EBS Technical Specialist to join our team in Pune, India. This vital role supports Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12 implementation and system optimization within the IT Enabled Services sector, targeting seamless integration and customization for business operations primarily supporting EMEA shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and comprehensively document Oracle EBS R12 solutions in line with business objectives and technical protocols.
- Identify and resolve Oracle EBS system issues to ensure peak performance and stability.
- Create and tailor Oracle workflow processes to support efficient business process management.
- Develop and oversee inbound and outbound data interfaces using APIs and Oracle interface tables.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to integrate Oracle EBS with other enterprise systems, enhancing overall functionality.
- Execute performance tuning of database queries and applications to maximize system effectiveness.
- Offer technical guidance and operational support during EBS implementations and upgrades to guarantee project success.
- Conduct routine system audits to uphold data accuracy and conformity with industry standards.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of six years experience with Oracle EBS R12, with deep knowledge of database table structures and inter-module integration.
- Advanced skills in APEX, SQL, PL/SQL, XML Publisher, SQL Loader, and AOL.
- Experience in Oracle Application Framework (OAF) and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) considered an asset.
- Familiarity with Order to Cash and Procure to Pay business cycles within Oracle EBS R12.
- Proficient in troubleshooting, debugging, performance tuning, and Unix scripting.
- Flexible to work shifts aligned with EMEA time zones to support global activities.
- Strong documentation capabilities with effective communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences alike.
Additional Information
The position is full-time based primarily in Pune, India, with options to work from Bangalore, Gurgaon, Mumbai, or Hyderabad. As a Level 4 technical expert, the candidate will lead technical strategies and contribute to the organization’s digital transformation initiatives by applying advanced Oracle EBS knowledge and best practices.
