Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Developer with over 8 years in the IT sector, specializing in DataStage projects. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in defining data strategies and delivering solutions surrounding data processing and integration.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and design end-to-end data-centric architectures utilizing DevOps and Agile frameworks.
- Develop and manage projects involving IBM Information Integrator Suite components including IGC, IMAM, IA, and DataStage.
- Possess strong knowledge and practical experience with Data Warehousing, including dimensional modeling, data marts, operational data stores (ODS), and fact tables.
- Interpret business processes to engineer appropriate technological solutions.
- Coordinate release processes involving code check-in and migration across various environments.
- Develop and drive the organization's entire data strategy encompassing both tactical and strategic analytics.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years’ IT experience focusing on DataStage technology.
- Proficient understanding of IBM IIS suite related to data integration platforms.
- Thorough knowledge of data warehousing concepts and models.
- Experienced in Agile and DevOps methodologies.
- Ability to analyze business needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.

Eligible candidates should be any graduate. The position is located in Chennai, India and requires onsite presence.
