Role Summary
The Senior Client Advisor is entrusted with elevating a premium, highly personalized experience for our clients. This role demands advanced expertise paired with humility and curiosity, building enduring genuine relationships with highly discerning clients. By anticipating and fulfilling their aspirations, you will convert clients into passionate advocates and brand ambassadors, while serving as a mentor for junior colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
- Consistently offer an outstanding and distinctive in-store experience in a refined, welcoming setting.
- Develop and sustain meaningful long-term client relationships leveraging thorough product knowledge and strategic client data management for tailored interactions.
- Surpass challenging sales goals while mastering the art of the sales ceremony, including skilled negotiation and handling complex objections.
- Deliver superior after-sales service and represent the Maison with enthusiasm, sharing the brand's rich values, heritage, and collections knowledge.
- Coach and support junior team members, encouraging a culture of excellence and professionalism.
- Ensure smooth daily store operations by adhering rigorously to policies and taking initiative with merchandising, inventory management, and spearheading special projects.
Qualifications and Experience
- Over 7 years of experience in luxury retail sales, with a proven record in senior client advisory roles.
- Expertise in cultivating and expanding relationships with VVIP and high-net-worth clientele.
- Consistent achievement of highest sales and client satisfaction benchmarks.
- Exceptional skill in delivering highly personalized and customized client services.
- Fluency in the luxury sales process, including advanced negotiation and complex customer service handling.
- Deep product knowledge and an insightful understanding of the Maison's heritage and unique selling points.
- Proven track record in mentoring junior staff and promoting best practices.
- Demonstrated leadership in client engagement activities, both in-store and external events.
- Strong ethics, teamwork, and steadfast compliance with brand standards and operational policies.
