Senior Analyst, Strategy & Operations

Collaborating closely with business and finance partners, you will provide value-added analysis to support strategy decisions with pertinent financial insights while ensuring timely invoice processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Foster a customer-centric culture to enhance relationships and integrate wider Bank systems and knowledge.
• Offer vital financial support to various data and AI teams, coordinating effectively across finance, PMO, and other departments.
• Operate as an action-focused team member exhibiting strong business knowledge, technical expertise, and communication skills, with emphasis on relationship management and continuous process enhancements.
• Provide strategic insights aligned with program goals, delivering feedback on program design and advising business leaders on program execution improvements.
• Ensure timely monthly management reports, forecasts, plans, accruals, and variance analyses are delivered.
• Utilize tools such as PPM forecasting, COUPA, and PeopleSoft for financial operations.
• Support planning and forecasting efforts by developing and applying innovative financial models, methodologies, and frameworks.
• Promote learning and contribute proactively to creating scalable, flexible, efficient, and effective integrated functions.
• Monitor Vendor Statements of Work (SOWs), timesheets, and evaluate their financial implications.
• Champion a high-performance, inclusive workplace environment.
• Incorporate the Bank’s risk appetite and culture into daily activities and decision-making processes.
• Drive operational efficiency while ensuring compliance with business controls relevant to operational risk, regulatory compliance, AML/ATF, and conduct risk.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• Experience in Finance and Management Reporting encompassing planning, forecasting, and reporting functions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging with all organizational levels up to Vice President.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint, along with Power BI experience.
• Exceptional prioritization and time management capabilities.
• Strong business acumen to effectively partner with client teams.
