Key Responsibilities

• Perform face-to-face counselling sessions with prospective students and their families.
• Advise on appropriate countries, universities, course selections, and eligibility criteria.
• Assist with application preparation, document collection, interview preparation, and visa application procedures.
• Develop and maintain trusted relationships to ensure effective enrolment conversions.
• Consistently meet monthly targets related to student counselling and admissions enrollment.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in admissions counselling or educational sales, including a minimum of one year within the current organization.
• Familiarity with study abroad education is an advantage but not mandatory; structured training will be provided.
• Strong verbal communication and persuasive abilities to build rapport with students and parents.
• Proven success in achieving counselling and enrolment goals.
• Minimum educational qualification of graduation in any discipline, with postgraduate education preferred.
