Role Overview
The position focuses on maintaining automated testing frameworks, tools, and simulators to ensure robust functional validation. The role requires strong programming skills in Python and experience employing behavior/data-driven development frameworks such as Robot Framework. Candidates will also engage in automation testing of REST APIs and web applications using Selenium WebDriver, as well as working with Jenkins CI/CD pipelines.
Responsibilities
- Implement and execute test cases, identify defects, and communicate risks effectively.
- Configure necessary test environments to facilitate comprehensive test coverage.
- Provide detailed test progress and quality reports to project stakeholders to ensure transparency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field is mandatory.
- 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in software development and test automation.
- Proficient in Python programming with capability to develop complex automation logic.
- Experience in automation testing tools and frameworks including Robot Framework, pytest, PyCharm, and Selenium WebDriver.
- Skilled in REST API testing automation and continuous integration with Jenkins pipelines.
