Scrum Master

Overview

We are looking for an energetic Scrum Master to lead Agile teams within an AI-enhanced software development setting. This role centers around facilitating Scrum rituals, championing Agile methodologies, and fostering high-performing multidisciplinary teams that utilize AI-aided development processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and guide Scrum ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement sessions.
• Enforce adherence to Agile principles, Scrum values, and industry best practices consistently across teams.
• Provide coaching on Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe frameworks to Agile teams.
• Drive a culture geared towards continuous enhancement and superior delivery performance.
• Integrate AI tools into Agile workflows to support AI-assisted software development.
• Track AI-enhanced delivery speed, refining Agile metrics to fit the accelerated development environment.
• Lead prompt refinement gatherings to improve outputs generated by AI tools.
• Gather rapid feedback from stakeholders on AI-produced prototypes and deliverables.
• Advocate responsible and efficient adoption of AI-enabled development methodologies.
• Supervise sprint progression, velocity, burndown charts, and other delivery-related metrics.
• Detect and address delivery risks, dependencies, and blockers promptly.
• Balance the workload and capacity of teams while optimizing sprint commitments.
• Monitor key delivery performance indicators ensuring successful sprint completions.
• Work collaboratively with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, QA Engineers, Architects, and business stakeholders.
• Facilitate communication bridging technical and business teams aligning sprint goals to business priorities.
• Support backlog refinement and prioritization efforts.
• Manage Agile boards, user stories, tasks, epics, and sprint planning via tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
• Produce sprint summaries, dashboards, and project performance metrics.
• Maintain Agile documentation and project resources.
• Observe and evaluate team performance recommending process enhancements.
• Advance Agile maturity across multiple teams through coaching and mentoring.
• Identify opportunities to optimize processes and improve delivery efficiency.
• Encourage knowledge sharing and dissemination of best practices among Agile teams.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related disciplines.
• 3 to 5 years experience functioning as a Scrum Master, Agile Facilitator, or Agile Coach.
• Proven track record of managing software development or digital transformation projects.
• Demonstrated experience collaborating with cross-functional Agile teams.
