Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and solution-focused Scrum Master to join our Group Information Technology Department, reporting to the Head of PMO, based in our Dublin office. This role involves managing diverse IT projects aligned with company strategy and IT transformation objectives, including innovation initiatives such as AI, Automation, and Cloud technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate organizational Agile adoption by coaching teams on Scrum, Kanban, and agile best practices including rules and values.
- Maintain and ensure adherence to agile best practices in roadmaps, backlogs, and story management.
- Lead Scrum ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Retrospective sessions.
- Coach and mentor teams to foster an agile mindset and values.
- Define, document, and drive execution of medium to small-scale projects, collaborating with stakeholders through all project phases.
- Identify, evaluate, and manage project risks and issues to improve project success rates.
- Develop and track project schedules and quality plans, delivering periodic progress reports to stakeholders.
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resource utilization, implementing corrective measures when deviations occur.
- Provide leadership that motivates project teams and actively contribute to project outcomes.
- Ensure thorough project closure including review and documentation of lessons learned.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum five years of IT project management experience successfully delivering projects of varying scale and complexity across multiple IT domains.
- Mandatory Agile certification such as Scrum Master or PMP-ACP.
- Strong technology expertise, particularly in technological innovation and cloud computing.
- Experience with both waterfall and agile project methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in French or German is advantageous.
- Preferred experience in insurance or reinsurance industries.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, negotiation, and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Capable of handling multiple, conflicting priorities in a multidisciplinary, collaborative, and multicultural environment.
- Positive problem-solver with a committed and proactive attitude.

Compensation
The expected salary range for this position is between CAD 108045 and 132055 annually.
