Scrum Master

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support a significant digital transformation involving a large-scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 rollout. This role involves enabling Agile delivery by facilitating Scrum practices and nurturing a collaborative, high-performing team culture dedicated to delivering consistent business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Scrum ceremonies such as Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Provide coaching and mentorship on Agile methodologies and Scrum best practices to team members.
• Develop and support self-organizing, cross-functional teams achieving high performance.
• Proactively identify obstacles to progress and remove impediments, managing risks and dependencies effectively.
• Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to assist with backlog refinement, prioritization, and sprint preparedness.
• Engage with delivery, technical, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparent communications.
• Encourage transparency by utilizing Agile metrics, reporting, and fostering continuous improvement efforts.
• Evaluate and cultivate Scrum maturity within the team consistently.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrated background as a Scrum Master in Agile project environments.
• Deep understanding of Scrum framework, Agile principles, and sprint management techniques.
• Strong facilitation, coaching capabilities, and skills in managing stakeholder expectations.
• Proven ability to eliminate delivery obstacles enabling teams to meet sprint objectives organically.
• Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal relations, adept in cross-functional collaboration.
• Proactive and cooperative attitude with a strong drive for continual process enhancement.

Preferred Qualifications

• Holds certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) or equivalent.
• Experience with tools like Azure DevOps and Jira.
• Background in supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 system implementations.
• Exposure to managing multiple Agile teams or involvement in large-scale transformation projects.
