As a Scientist I, you will be a vital member of a cross-functional team managing research, development, and quality assurance tasks focused on new product creation, portfolio updates, and productivity initiatives aimed at optimizing consumer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Under managerial supervision, you will plan, organize, and implement projects that comply with RDQ protocols, marketing objectives, and manufacturing standards. This includes conducting pilot plant and factory trials adhering to GMP and HACCP guidelines, performing product shelf-life studies, designing for quality, and preparing consumer tests. Additionally, you will generate technical documentation analyzing results to provide actionable conclusions and prepare consumer-focused specifications meticulously.

Qualifications and Skills

Ideal candidates will have a background in food science, science, or engineering, preferably within fast-moving consumer goods. Experience working both independently and collaboratively under guidance, along with effective prioritization of tasks, is essential. The role demands proactive problem identification and independent resolution, solid fundamental technical understanding for data analysis, and proficient verbal and written communication skills, including technical report writing. Above all, a consumer-centric approach is crucial throughout development activities.
