Job Overview
The Sales Team Leader in real estate is responsible for driving revenue growth by recruiting, coaching, and managing a team of sales agents specializing in residential or commercial properties. This role combines direct selling efforts with strategic leadership to meet sales goals and enhance team performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and professional development of real estate agents, including weekly coaching and pipeline management sessions.
- Formulate and implement effective sales strategies to achieve quarterly sales targets and expand market presence.
- Manage inbound leads efficiently, ensuring consistent and proactive follow-up by agents to maximize conversions.
- Provide support in complex deal negotiations, contract preparation, and resolving client escalations.
- Monitor and analyze agent performance using CRM tools, tracking key performance indicators and conversion rates.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Demonstrated success with 3 to 5 years of experience as a licensed real estate agent, including a minimum of one year in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
- Advanced negotiation and conflict resolution abilities with comprehensive knowledge of the local property market.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management software and familiarity with digital real estate platforms.
Compensation
The position offers a monthly salary ranging between 15000 to 25000 INR.
