Sales Support Manager – Brokerage

Position Overview

We are currently looking to hire a seasoned SCA Licensed Relationship Manager for a prominent financial services firm based in Dubai. The perfect candidate will have a solid foundation and at least four years of experience within the brokerage industry or related fields such as capital markets, trading, investments, or wealth management. This individual will be responsible for client acquisition, relationship nurturing, and business growth, leveraging an established client network while ensuring strict adherence to SCA guidelines.

Key Duties

• Establish and sustain long-term engagement with retail, high-net-worth, and institutional clientele.
• Identify and onboard new clients to grow the brokerage and investment business.
• Market brokerage, investment, trading, and wealth management services effectively.
• Provide clients with insights on financial markets and appropriate investment advice.
• Manage current client portfolios and explore new avenues for increasing business.
• Meet sales targets, revenue goals, and contribute to overall business development.
• Ensure complete compliance with SCA regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure excellent client service delivery.
• Maintain precise client records, documentation, and regulatory adherence.

Candidate Profile

• At least four years of experience in the brokerage sector.
• Possession of a valid SCA license is mandatory.
• Demonstrated knowledge and background in financial services, capital markets, trading, investments, or cryptocurrency.
• Strong skills in client acquisition and relationship management.
• Preferably holds an existing client base or professional contacts within the UAE market.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English paired with Arabic or French is required.
• Open to candidates of any nationality.
