Role Overview

The Merchandiser Team Leader is tasked with analyzing sales performance of assigned products, making strategic recommendations to management for improvement — which may include rearranging product displays or relocating products within stores.   • Ensure all merchandising complies with approved planograms for all access points.
  • Apply First-In-First-Out (FIFO) stock rotation methods and remove any inferior products.
  • Maintain clean, fresh stock of SSF products on shelves at all times.
  • Observe and report competitor activities regularly.
  • Notify management of any breaches from agreed terms with assigned customers or outlets.
  • Participate in promotional activities such as sampling or redemption campaigns when needed.
  • Maintain professional appearance and conduct aligned with company codes.
