Job Overview
This position involves sales and marketing activities along with managing distributor relationships. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in the stationery sector.
Work Schedule
The working hours are set from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, requiring daily field visits to market areas.
Main Responsibilities
- Drive the growth of sales and consistently meet monthly sales objectives.
- Establish and maintain strong and effective connections with distributors.
- Generate both primary and secondary sales volumes.
- Frequent market visits to identify and develop new business prospects.
- Manage distributor payment collections and ensure payments are received on time.
- Keep track of any outstanding payments and actively follow up for recovery.
- Execute the company’s sales plans and promotional campaigns effectively.
- Provide daily reports on market activities and sales performance.
Goal
The key goal of this role is to boost sales revenue, reinforce distributor network, ensure prompt payment collections, and fulfill the company’s business targets.
