Role Overview

Join Vrisva Space Private Limited as a Sales Executive to lead revenue generation efforts across government and private sector channels. You will handle the entire sales process, from initial prospecting and pitching to deal closure and account management. This position requires navigating government procurement platforms like GeM, CPPP, state e-procurement portals, and defense-specific channels, alongside identifying suitable grants and MSME schemes for clients.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end sales activities including prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Achieve set monthly and quarterly revenue goals consistently.
  • Develop leads through field visits, cold calls, network expansion, and referrals.
  • Conduct sales via government procurement systems such as GeM, CPPP, NSIC, DGSD, and prepare and submit tenders and RFQs for central, state, and defense sectors including DRDO, HAL, BEL, OFB.
  • Identify and utilize government grants and MSME schemes relevant to client needs.
  • Monitor tender deadlines and compliance standards to ensure timely submissions.
  • Act as the primary liaison for key clients, nurturing relationships to encourage repeat business and upselling.
  • Keep detailed sales pipeline records using Zoho CRM and employ Zoho Campaigns and Analytics to enhance outreach efforts.
  • Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly sales reports.

Candidate Profile

  • Possess 2 to 3 years of experience in B2B or institutional sales.
  • Experienced in government procurement portals (such as GeM, CPPP), including listing, bidding, and order management.
  • Understanding of tender processes and regulatory compliance.
  • Knowledgeable about MSME schemes and government grants.
  • Proficient with Zoho CRM; familiarity with Zoho Campaigns, Books, and Analytics is advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills in English; Kannada or Hindi language skills are beneficial.
  • Holds a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related disciplines.
