About the Company and Role
Confidence Clothing Pvt. Ltd. is a renowned company specializing in men's fashion under the brand CONFIDENCE. They are seeking a Sales Manager to oversee and enhance their sales operations primarily throughout India.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate effectively with sales agents and multi-brand outlets (MBO) across the country.
- Participate actively in exhibitions and booking events to bolster sales efforts.
- Manage the complete order cycle from booking to dispatch, ensuring seamless processing.
- Validate customer orders by checking payment histories, return records, and verifying packing lists, invoices, and transportation details during dispatch.
- Monitor and pursue pending customer orders daily, coordinating with internal teams to guarantee timely shipments and customer communications.
- Keep thorough awareness of finished goods inventory, stock status, production updates, and replenishment needs.
- Maintain and update digital and PDF product catalogs along with customer databases on a regular basis.
- Handle customer inquiries, manage repeat orders, provide order status updates, and oversee after-sales service coordination.
- Assist with branding endeavors at MBO stores, including in-store branding efforts, posters, carry bags, display items, and other promotional materials.
