Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and goal-driven Sales Executive to join the Sales & Business Development team. The primary goal is to expand the client base, manage existing relationships, and contribute to revenue growth within the structural fabrication and manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Locate and cultivate new sales opportunities within structural fabrication, sheet metal, and related industrial sectors.
- Develop and sustain relationships with both existing and potential customers.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and job orders effectively.
- Coordinate closely with production and estimation teams to ensure accurate costing and delivery scheduling.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales goals consistently.
- Perform site visits and attend client meetings as necessary.
- Maintain sales documentation, pipeline tracking, and update CRM systems regularly.
- Keep abreast of industry developments, competitor actions, and pricing trends.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication alongside negotiation skills.
- Experience in B2B sales, preferably within fabrication, engineering, or manufacturing environments.
- Basic knowledge of structural fabrication or manufacturing processes is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Proficient in MS Excel and Word for reporting purposes.
- Possession of a personal vehicle is advantageous for client visits.
- Fluency in Tamil, English, and Hindi languages.
Educational Requirements
Applicants should have completed a Diploma in any specialization. Preference is given to graduates or diploma holders in Mechanical or Civil Engineering. An MBA in Marketing or Sales is an additional advantage.
Additional Information
This is a full-time, permanent position based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. Candidates should have between 2 to 5 years of relevant sales experience.
