As a burgeoning consumer brand, Elder focuses on expanding across premium HoReCa and lifestyle channels, starting in Mumbai. This opportunity allows entrepreneurial individuals to take charge of a distribution channel from the very beginning, helping shape and scale the brand's presence without following an existing playbook.

Role Responsibilities

• Establish and oversee new retail and modern trade accounts to expand market reach.
• Meet and surpass sales targets through direct field sales efforts and organized events.
• Scout for, coordinate, and represent the brand at pertinent events, exhibitions, and lifestyle occasions, managing related logistics effectively.
• Drive consumer trial initiatives and generate sales via these brand activations.

Additional Information

This position is based in Mumbai, India, and is a full-time engagement with a fixed salary range between 400000 and 500000 INR annually.
