Role Overview
We are seeking a Sales Executive to manage both inbound and outbound sales communications, including calls, emails, and client inquiries. The role involves maintaining and updating client records meticulously, coordinating with various internal teams for smooth order processing and customer support, preparing quotes and business proposals, and diligently following up with clients to close sales opportunities. The Sales Executive will also be responsible for meeting monthly and quarterly sales goals as defined by management and providing regular status reports.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate degree in any discipline.
- Experience ranging from fresher level with strong communication abilities to 1-3 years in sales roles.
- Strong proficiency in verbal and written communication in English and Hindi.
- Competent in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Preferred age range: 22 to 35 years.
