Job Responsibilities

Reach out to prospective customers using leads provided by the company.
Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products.
Convert provided leads into confirmed sales primarily through phone calls.
Meet daily and monthly sales targets consistently.
Conduct follow-ups to enhance conversion rates.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress.
Develop and nurture positive relationships with customers.

Candidate Requirements

Preferably 1 year or more experience in sales, telesales, or customer handling roles.
Fresh candidates with strong communication and persuasive skills are encouraged to apply.
Proficiency in Tamil and basic English communication.
A positive approach combined with a focus on achieving targets.
Fundamental computer literacy.
