Position Overview
As a Sales Development Representative at SPEEDFORCE DIGITAL located in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, you will serve as the initial point of contact with prospective clients. Your main responsibility will be to investigate relevant companies in Saudi Arabia and the GCC region, identify key decision-makers, conduct professional outreach, and schedule qualified meetings. Management will handle proposal negotiations and deal closures, allowing you to concentrate on cultivating a strong pipeline of meaningful interactions.
Work Schedule and Location
- Based onsite in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
- Work Days: Sunday to Thursday
- Work Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Primary Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed research on Saudi and GCC companies likely to benefit from SPEEDFORCE DIGITAL's offerings
- Identify and engage with the appropriate decision-makers and influential contacts within target organizations
- Execute targeted outbound prospecting using channels such as LinkedIn, phone, WhatsApp, cold emails, and personalized follow-ups
- Arrange and prepare meetings with relevant decision-makers for company management
- Maintain thorough and accurate updates in the CRM system including activity logs, meeting statuses, notes, and planned next steps
- Collaborate with management to assist in advancing deals once meetings are scheduled
- Actively participate in sales training, AI tool workshops, role-playing sessions, and weekly performance reviews
Necessary Qualifications and Skills
- Possess 1 to 3+ years of experience in sales or business development; B2B sales preferred, with a bonus for tech, agency, or service sector experience
- Reside in Jeddah and have legal authorization to work in Saudi Arabia (Saudi national or transferable iqama)
- Fluency in both English and Arabic with excellent communication skills
- Comfortable with cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and consistently following up with leads
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Pipedrive, HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalents is advantageous
- Ability to utilize AI tools for research and communication tasks
- Self-motivated with a disciplined approach to meeting daily activity goals and monthly meeting targets
