Overview
Arihant Maxsell Technologies Private Limited is seeking a proactive and detail-focused Sales Coordinator based in Nungambakkam, Chennai. This position involves supporting the sales team by managing leads, engaging with customers, and facilitating seamless sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage potential customers through calls and follow-ups to nurture leads.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to support sales growth.
- Assist the sales team in closing deals effectively.
- Keep CRM records updated and monitor sales activities consistently.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure efficient processing of orders.
Requirements
- Between 2 to 5 years of experience in Sales, Telecalling, or Coordination roles.
- Fluency in both English and Hindi languages.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to persuade and convince clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for managing and analyzing data.
Qualification
Any degree from a recognized institution.
