Role overview
The company is hiring a Sales Coordinator for retail sales in Dubai. This role suits a motivated, customer-oriented professional with experience in retail selling and coordination. The position focuses on supporting sales growth, helping customers, coordinating with internal teams, managing stock-related tasks, and keeping daily store operations running smoothly while delivering a strong customer experience.

Candidates should have 0 to 5 years of relevant experience.
Qualifications and core requirements
- A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification is preferred.
- About 1 to 5 years of hands-on experience in retail sales, customer service, and sales coordination.
- A demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Experience handling orders, stock coordination, and customer relationship management.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook, along with POS systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, plus solid interpersonal ability.
Key responsibilities
- Greet customers, understand what they need, and recommend products that fit their requirements.
- Work toward personal and store sales targets by using effective selling approaches.
- Develop and sustain positive customer relationships to support repeat purchases.
- Liaise with inventory, warehouse, and logistics teams to keep products available and deliveries on schedule.
- Respond to customer questions, orders, returns, and complaints in a professional way.
- Keep accurate records of sales activity, customer orders, and inventory movement.
- Support stock control, replenishment, and inventory checking.
- Ensure products are presented neatly and in line with company display standards.
- Assist with promotions, product launches, and marketing initiatives.
- Compile sales updates and share insights on customer feedback and market developments.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers when necessary.
- Keep the store and sales area clean, organized, and presentable.
