Job Overview
Veeglow Industries Pvt Ltd, a multinational company operating in India since 2019 and specializing in innovative personal care and home care products, is seeking a Sales Coordinator / Customer Support Executive to join their team in Ahmedabad. The group employs over 2000 personnel and focuses on providing excellent sales and customer service support.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the sales team, manufacturing units, and customers to ensure smooth operations and communication.
- Manage sample requests and coordinate sales support activities efficiently.
- Utilize CRM software and NetSuite for order fulfillment and customer management.
Required Skills and Experience
- Proficient in MS Office suite and Microsoft Outlook.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English.
- Prior work experience ranging from 3 to 5 years in the packaging and container industry.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must hold at least a graduate-level degree.
