Job Overview

As a DOTS Sales Associate, your mission is to deliver outstanding hospitality while guiding customers to meet their cycling aspirations. From their arrival to departure, you will assist customers in selecting the right bikes, components, apparel, and technology, ensuring a superior experience on every ride.

Key Responsibilities

• Enhance your sales and hospitality capabilities through various training methods including role-plays and hands-on experience.
• Meet individual sales goals of a minimum of $400,000 annually for full-time associates.
• Participate actively in daily briefings and reviews.
• Utilize the Guide Sales Process to offer exceptional customer service.
• Maintain communication by following up on quotes and customer leads.
• Make customer-focused decisions ensuring excellent care and service.
• Complete Trek University modules regularly to maintain Guide Status and deepen your knowledge of products and procedures.
• When not interacting with customers, support store operations by completing daily task lists, merchandising duties including product placement and price checks, restocking, conducting weekly cycle counts, assembling or preparing new bicycles, and prepping customer bikes for service.
