Overview
Join Michael Kors as a part-time Sales Assistant for 30 hours per week at the Goethestrasse location in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. The retail division of Michael Kors is a rapidly expanding network, with over 30 outlets, 80 lifestyle stores, and 100 concessions/shop-in-shops across 21 European countries. The EMEA retail team is diverse, motivated, and international, creating a dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding sales results through personalized customer engagement.
- Excel in performing varied sales-related tasks.
- Show flexibility and eagerness to grow professionally in a fast-moving retail setting.
- Inspire customers by continuously enhancing your knowledge of the latest trends and styling techniques.
- Collaborate with management to develop innovative strategies to maximize individual sales performance.
- Leverage all available tools and technologies to boost sales outcomes.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in sales, preferably within upscale retail.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail and precision.
- Ability to thrive under pressure in a busy, challenging environment.
- Skilled at multitasking and managing multiple duties smoothly.
- Fluent in German and English languages.
