Sales and Marketing Executive

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team at Manju Promoters Private Limited in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by generating leads, engaging with clients, and promoting our projects across various channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate lead generation activities through telephone outreach, online platforms, and by visiting project sites.
• Communicate clearly the features, pricing details, and special offers of our projects to potential customers.
• Arrange and conduct property site visits for prospects to showcase available projects.
• Regularly follow up with potential buyers to convert inquiries into confirmed sales.
• Maintain an up-to-date customer database and accurately record details in the CRM system.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to meet and exceed predefined sales targets.
• Address customer queries promptly and assist with documentation required for sales processes.
• Promote company projects through digital marketing initiatives, special events, and targeted campaigns.
• Develop and nurture relationships with channel partners and clients to expand market reach.
• Compile and submit daily reports on sales activities and lead status.

Compensation:

The position offers a monthly salary ranging from 25000 to 35000 INR.
