Role Purpose

As a Room Attendant, you are an essential member of the Housekeeping team, ensuring guest rooms are impeccably clean with attention to every detail. Beyond cleaning duties, collaboration with colleagues and offering assistance to guests contribute to creating memorable hospitality experiences.

Primary Duties

• Meticulously clean all areas of guest rooms including changing bed linens, sanitizing bathrooms, and wiping surfaces to maintain high standards.
• Operate within set procedures to uphold the property's quality and cleanliness guidelines.
• Organize and replenish housekeeping trolleys, ensuring all supplies are well stocked and orderly.
• Handle cleaning chemicals responsibly and comply with safety policies to maintain a secure working environment.
• Respect guests' privacy and safety at all times.
• Promptly notify maintenance about any issues to ensure flawless guest experiences.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Prior experience in cleaning or as a room attendant is advantageous.
• Communicate warmly and courteously to create a welcoming environment for guests and team members.
• Possess a keen eye for detail and effectively manage time to complete tasks efficiently.
• Physically capable of moving between rooms which may require use of internal and external stairs and open walkways.
• Enjoy collaborating with a diverse team from different backgrounds.
• Have reliable transportation and be flexible to work shifts including weekends and public holidays.
