Role Overview
The Room Attendant position is essential in ensuring guests enjoy a tidy, comfortable, and memorable stay. This role demands hands-on involvement, a keen eye for detail, and dedication to maintaining the highest presentation standards within the resort.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and readiness of guest rooms and public spaces to stringent standards.
- Efficiently replenish amenities and manage linen supplies.
- Promptly report any maintenance concerns or lost items.
- Collaborate closely with the housekeeping team to support seamless daily operations.
