Role Overview

As a Retail Team Member, you will play a vital role in fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout the store. Key functions include:

• Assisting in multiple areas within the store, including customer-facing roles and back-of-house tasks.
• Delivering superior customer service before, during, and after purchases.
• Enhancing the JB Hi-Fi brand presence by helping with product merchandising on the sales floor.
• Facilitating efficient stock receipt and processing in alignment with store procedures.
