Overview
We invite motivated and goal-oriented individuals to join our Tiles & Doors showroom team as Retail Sales Executives. This role demands engaging with customers visiting the showroom, providing detailed knowledge of products, closing sales orders, and coordinating with telecalling and delivery departments. The position emphasizes performance with distinct opportunities for career progression and attractive incentives.
Key Duties
- Interact with all walk-in visitors, grasping their requirements thoroughly.
- Provide comprehensive explanations of the product lineup, including Tiles, Granite, and Steel Doors.
- Ensure the showroom remains professionally presented and sample displays are kept current.
- Generate quotations, follow up diligently on leads, and convert inquiries into confirmed sales.
- Liaise with telecallers to manage leads and ensure effective conversion into showroom visits and sales.
- Record customer details and sales data into the CRM system (training provided).
- Meet monthly individual sales goals and contribute toward overall team targets.
- Manage post-sale activities such as order tracking and coordinating deliveries.
Qualifications & Background
- Minimum education: Graduate in any field.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Excel, CRM platforms, and WhatsApp.
- Preferred: At least 2 years’ experience in showroom or retail sales within the sectors of Tiles, Sanitaryware, Building Materials, Furniture, Home Appliances, or Real Estate.
Essential Skills and Attributes
- Proficient in Hindi and Marathi communication; basic English skills are advantageous.
- Confident and persuasive demeanor.
- Ability to work under pressure to meet targets.
- Strong negotiation abilities and effective handling of customer objections.

Compensation and Advancement
- Monthly salary ranging from 18000 to 34000 INR.
- Yearly performance-driven salary increments.
- Structured career progression from Sales Executive to Senior Sales Executive and onto Sales Manager.
