Role Overview

This full-time on-site position based in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, requires working closely with the Retail and Logistics teams to develop and sustain Tableau dashboards and datasets that monitor store performance, inventory movements, logistics expenses, and shipment tracking.

Key Responsibilities

• Construct and update Tableau dashboards to support Retail and Logistics analytic needs.
• Collaborate with teams to define and refine key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Analyze and evaluate store, vendor, and supply chain metrics for performance insights.
• Detect operational gaps and propose measures to enhance process efficiency.
• Communicate findings through reports, presentations, and dashboard visuals to stakeholders.
• Audit ERP system data accuracy and highlight discrepancies.
• Maintain continuous dialogue with field and headquarters teams to capture requirements and deliver data solutions.
• Innovate in data visualization techniques to create compelling, easy-to-use reports.
• Develop optimized database queries for effective data extraction.
• Identify and resolve ongoing reporting issues; recommend improvements.
• Coordinate with external partners to ensure accurate and seamless data exchange.
• Support wider Tableau adoption by collaborating with other departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; preferred fields include supply chain, logistics, management information systems, or business.
• 3 to 5 years of professional analyst experience, particularly involving retail, inventory, logistics, or supply chain contexts.
• Desirable experience with ERP/WMS systems, knowledge of import/export regulations, trade compliance, and retail industry background.
• Advanced proficiency in Tableau is mandatory.
• Strong Excel capabilities and ability to work with multiple systems.
• Competency in SQL and experience working with data warehouses are essential.
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative, stay organized, and pay close attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills suitable for presenting to all organizational levels.
• A curious mindset eager to learn and implement new technologies.

Additional Information

This position is full-time and onsite at Kith’s headquarters in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Compensation ranges from $85,000 to $95,000 annually.
