About the Role

The Retail Associate plays a vital role in helping to achieve the store’s sales and profitability goals by passionately fostering customer loyalty to the brand, providing outstanding service, and ensuring smooth store operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Stay informed of store sales, KPI, and individual performance goals, taking ownership and utilizing store resources to meet or surpass these targets.
• Deliver the Brand Customer Service standards to fulfill or exceed customer expectations consistently.
• Act as a brand representative, embodying the company’s values and attitude at all times.
• Leverage seasonal brand and product knowledge effectively during customer interactions.
• Clearly communicate product features, benefits, and unique selling points to address customer needs and deepen brand connection.
• Follow all company policies and procedures strictly.
• Implement and uphold the Visual Merchandising and In-Store Communication guidelines.
• Efficiently manage merchandise deliveries and continuously replenish displays to ensure full product availability on the sales floor.
• Conduct cash register transactions accurately and swiftly.
• Minimize stock loss both in the stockroom and on the sales floor.
• Carry out all store operations with safety, effectiveness, and efficiency in mind.
• Collaborate respectfully and productively with teammates.
• Complete all relevant training sessions and apply the learnings on the job.
• Proactively seek coaching and learning to enhance performance continuously.

Qualifications and Experience

• Completion of high school is mandatory.
• Preferably at least six months of experience working in a customer and commercially focused retail environment related to sports or fashion.
• Basic skills in numeracy, literacy, and effective verbal communication.
