Job Overview
The Retail Allocator for the Peter England brand will oversee the comprehensive Management Information System (MIS) and discount operations within the sales channel. This role requires meticulous handling of data to facilitate informed decision-making by the senior management, with timely and accurate reporting on daily, weekly, and monthly schedules.
Key Responsibilities & Challenges
- Collaborate closely with the Trade Sales team to supply precise and prompt data in stipulated formats.
- Maintain coordination with external stakeholders to ensure seamless daily operational tracking and follow-ups.
- Address challenges such as retrieving accurate data from external partners and ensuring consistent reconciliation of data within systems.
Main Accountabilities
- Prepare and deliver reports punctually by ensuring accurate data transmission both internally and from external sources.
- Oversee discount management by confirming correct promotional details are implemented by the IT department and effectively disseminated across retail locations.
- Coordinate with store teams to ensure manual billing entries are accurately recorded in the system on schedule.
- Drive report automation initiatives through continuous requirement gathering and follow-up with the IT team to enhance reporting efficiency.
