As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences through excellent service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and uphold all hotel service standards consistently.
- Enhance guest satisfaction by delivering outstanding dining experiences.
- Mentor and coach team members to foster their professional development.
- Ensure strong management visibility during service hours.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of two years' experience working in restaurant settings, preferably within hotels.
- Fluent in both spoken and written English.
- Friendly, positive attitude with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced team environments.
- Effective time management and stress-handling capabilities during busy periods.
- Self-driven, enthusiastic with outstanding interpersonal skills.
Preferred Experience
- Familiarity with Res Diary reservation systems.
- Micros point of sale system experience.
