Role overview
Audacy is hiring a careful and well-organized Data Entry Clerk for a full-time remote role. This position is intended for someone who can work independently, handle information with precision, and help keep company data accurate and well maintained. Although the role is home-based, applicants should live in or near Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
What you'll do
- Enter a large amount of information into databases, spreadsheets, and other internal systems with accuracy and speed.
- Check records against source materials to confirm that the information is complete and correct.
- Spot missing details, inconsistencies, and errors, then fix them and verify the final output.
- Prepare reports, save completed files in the proper locations, and carry out backup tasks.
- Protect confidential company and client data at all times.
- Sort and organise records so they can be retrieved quickly when needed.
- Answer information requests and locate relevant files as required.
- Follow all rules and procedures related to data accuracy and security.
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in data entry or a similar administrative position.
- Fast, accurate typing and strong attention to detail.
- Comfort using Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Word.
- Good organisation and time management, with the ability to stay productive while working remotely.
- Strong command of spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
- High school diploma or an equivalent qualification; extra computer training or certification is considered a plus.
- Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
Compensation and workplace
