Overview
Beetleware is seeking an accomplished Release Manager to support its expanding team in Riyadh. This role suits someone who enjoys delivering dependable software launches and is confident working across teams to keep releases organized, safe, and on schedule.
What you'll do
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of software releases across multiple functions.
- Keep deployments timely and controlled while reducing risks tied to release activities.
- Work closely with Development, QA, DevOps, Product, and Operations stakeholders.
- Oversee release calendars, readiness checks, and follow-up tasks after deployment.
- Strengthen and refine the release management process through ongoing improvements.
What we're looking for
- At least 5 to 8 years of background in Release Management or Software Delivery.
- Solid grasp of Agile/Scrum practices and the software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Practical exposure to CI/CD platforms such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
- Hands-on experience with Jira and release planning workflows.
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management abilities.
