Job Overview
The role involves driving sales of diverse banking products, acquiring new clients, and maintaining strong customer relationships to boost business growth. The candidate will operate within the banking sector, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and achieving sales targets in compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Axis Bank's products including savings and current accounts, term deposits, debit and credit cards, along with third-party offerings such as insurance and mutual funds.
- Identify and onboard new customers through approaches like direct selling, referrals, and networking.
- Develop and nurture robust relationships with existing customers to encourage additional sales and maintain satisfaction.
- Generate potential leads by employing cold calls, market analysis, and networking strategies.
- Consistently strive to meet or exceed assigned monthly and periodic sales targets.
- Ensure all sales processes conform to the bank's compliance guidelines and regulatory mandates.
- Monitor market trends and competitors to uncover emerging opportunities and anticipate challenges.
- Engage with customers by addressing inquiries, providing detailed product information, and resolving issues.
- Undertake frequent travel within the allocated region to meet customers and conduct sales activities effectively.
